Savannah Ball has worked in libraries for 22 years. She has served in various customer service related roles in public libraries, and as the Consultant and Continuing Education Coordinator at the Southwest Kansas Library System. She is currently a division manager for the Wichita Public Library System in Wichita, KS.
Savannah created People First Libraries to promote training that values and emphasizes the most important part of every library - the people in them.
